ELABORATION: Red wine elaborated from our oldest vineyard of the frank of Monastrell variety on unirrigated farm land.
WINE HARVEST: The grape is collected by hand at it s ideal moment of ripeness and meticulously vinificated in order to extract completely the singular character of the variety.
CRIANZA: After staying 3 months in a new type of Bordelaise barrel made of American oak, it is bottled after a smooth clarification.
CHARACTERISTICS: From between the intense livid ruby colour we taste the clean aromas of the ripe Monastrell grape. The bouquet is flesy with a discrete and pleasant spicy sensation of wood. The final is ample and velvety, supported by the force of its tannins, which will improve the time.
